Hello, I am apt. Adinda Vidya Lestari, S. Farm. I am a licensed pharmacist who graduated from the Faculty of Pharmacy at Airlangga University.
My passion lies in clinical pharmacy, interprofessional education, and contributing to future-focused healthcare companies. Throughout my career, I have taken on versatile roles, ranging from working as a full-time Pharmacist and Branch Manager at Apotek Kimia Farma to managing product registrations and integrating quality systems (ISO, Halal, CPKB) at PT. Canada Green Gate.
Backed by clinical research experience and active involvement in organizations like the Indonesian Young Pharmacist Group (IYPG)
I have leadership and management skill based on my experience as a member of BLM Faculty of Pharmacy. I am confidence, very adaptable to new roles and always willing to learn.

Whether I am optimizing clinical processes, navigating dynamic BPOM regulations, or leading interprofessional teams, my daily work is guided by three fundamental principles
I analyze and evaluate processes to ensure optimal results and compliance. My experience includes assessing antibiotic therapy usage for Sepsis patients, analyzing BPJS claims at RS Dr. Soetomo, and implementing strict integrated quality and regulatory systems for the local market.
I continuously expand my expertise to adapt to new challenges. Whether it is conducting research on medical formulations during my professional program, staying updated with dynamic BPOM regulations, or actively participating in interprofessional education, I am committed to lifelong learning.
I turn clinical knowledge and regulatory guidelines into actionable leadership.
I have successfully managed pharmacy branches, handled external communications with regulatory bodies and pharmaceutical associations, and utilized my management skills to drive real-world solutions in the healthcare and cosmetic industries.
